Bobae Noodle House (called Bobae Banjeom in Korea) began with a mission:
to serve bold, comforting Korean-Chinese food that captures the richness of life. Since opening its first location in Korea, the brand has grown into a beloved name known for signature dishes like jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk
— each crafted with deep flavor, balance, and care.
Our motto, “진한 인생의 맛을 뽑다” (“Extracting the Rich Flavors of Life”), reflects our commitment to more than just taste
— it’s about creating moments that feel warm, familiar, and satisfying.
Now, we’re proud to bring those flavors to the U.S. for the first time.
